Last working day of the next month

Hi all,

I am trying to find a formula that calculates the last working day of the following month based on whatever date I enter in to cell B2.

I expect it to be some combo of WORKDAY and EOMONTH but I can't get it to work.

For example if I put 13/04/2019 (UK format) I want the result to be 31/05/2019 as that is the last working day in May.

Can anyone help please?
