Last Entry based on 2 cells

Hi all,

I am looking to find a way to return the latest entry based on 2 cells meeting the criteria

C3 is the job number and I3 is the article number

on a sheet called "Details" we have the job number listed in column E and the article number in column F

The date would be in D if that helps

I would like the last entry made by returning column Z which is comments
