So daily I pull out a pretty large amount of rows with data for our weekly KPI reviews.
The rows can be as long as 20k. What would be the most efficiant way of storing this amount of data?
I was thinking of PowerPivot tables, but having problem with IT section to get PowerPivot in to Excel 2016. (Also, where to store it? )

In a ideal situation I would love to be able to pull out the data I need quickly for our monthly/weekly KPI presentations, and as fast as possible.
The data would be stored in 5 different tables. So when doing the KPI I would love to use as few steps as possible. I am thinking Access QRYS? What do you guys think?
