How can i get 5 or 6 lines of text into one cell with excel. i can do it using omini 15 then transfer to a excel doc. it is very convaluted process.
does anyone know of a way to do it in excel... i have 2007.....lewis[/code]

Hey thankz for getting right back with me !!! but i didn't get it. im sorry to appear so stupid but i need more explaination. do i highlight the range , then hit alt+enter ?.....

Perhaps I've not quite understood what you want to do.

My suggestion is for displaying multiple lines in a cell.

You type each line then hit ALT+ENTER to move to a new line within the cell.

i downloaded colo so i can send you my sheet ...can't do it , are the settings in html light or do i need to put it in somewhere in this message?
