La palabra no está

Con este código busco alguna palabra, en una columna

nombre = InputBox("Introduce el Nombre")

If nombre = Empty Then
    MsgBox "Estimado " & Environ("username") + Chr(13) + Chr(13) + "No se Introdujo Ninguna Palabra", vbInformation, "Aviso Importante"
    Exit Sub
End If
For i = 2 To Range("D" & Rows.Count).End(xlUp).Row
If Cells(i, 4).Value = nombre Then
    Cells(i, 4).Interior.ColorIndex = 35

La pregunta es como lo modifico para mostrar un aviso cuando la palabra no se halle en la columna?

Una posibilidad es una "flag" variable (no se come se dicen en Espanol):
