Kindly help me solve this Interesting Excel Question....Been stuck at it and cant seem to figure it out

Context: Pathshala Learning Center (PLC) is a community learning center, has been serving children & youth across 13 villages in the Gular Dogi region (District - Tehri Garhwal, Uttarakhand) since 2016. It has been striving to facilitate an environment of opportunities and holistic learning. ROPE (Rural Opportunities towards Pathway to Empowerment) is an innovative program under PLC that strives to facilitate rural children’s growth in confidence, knowledge and skills to the extent that they can access and create, with dignity, opportunities for themselves and their communities. It aims to foster awareness, exposure and English language skills in rural children and youth in an integrated and meaningful manner.

Task:
Look at the raw data from baseline and end-line assessments here, along with program and student context.
Create a report using slides or any other interactive Gsuite tool:
  • Present data for both the courses (E0 and E1) in visual format
  • Write observations and trends for each course using the data

Are you asking the forum to build reports and presentations for you with your raw data without any questions, ideas, or problems from you?

And is this google or office? You've listed 2016 as your version so I'm confused.

it's not an assignment. It is a task provided by my manager to work at the weekend pertaining to excel training. I'm finding it hard to figure out how to go about it. Would appreciate any help

Are you asking the forum to build reports and presentations for you with your raw data without any questions, ideas, or problems from you?

And is this google or office? You've listed 2016 as your version so I'm confused.
I'm trying to analyse this data and was trying to build a visual representation through excel but I am unable to figure out how to do so, so that's the reason i put up the entire problem.

About the confusion, this is my first time here so don't know exactly how is works. I was working on my windows excel 2016 so that was the reason i put it there. But to add the link, i put it in google sheets. Would appreciate some help figuring out how to go about the question.

Okay, thanks for clearing this all up. To help the forum help you, the xl2bb add in is a tool that allows the forum to post mini workbooks. And they are easily copied and pasted into workbooks for the forum to experiment with. The one thing it does not do (or at least I have not figured it out) is visualizations (charts).

I'll try to create some general pivot tables or formula tables. Any charts will be images.
