keyboard Toggle Between Find Pop Up and Worksheet

Hi Folks,

If I have the Find window up and want to switch focus to the worksheet is their a keyboard shortcut so I can toggle between the popup and the worksheet?

In a nut shell:
1) Windows Key & Tab shifts focus to the worksheet
2) Ctrl & F switches focus back to the Find Popup
