Keyboard Shortcut Question

Suppose I want to add the numbers in A1 and B1 and put that sum into C1. One way I could do it is to type in cell C1:

=A1+B1

Now suppose I have numbers to add that go all the way to cells A5000 and B5000. Since I want this formula in C1 copied down the entire length of the spreadsheet, I use the mouse to grab the little nub in the lower right corner of cell C1 and drag it to C5000.

I have a lot of these calculations to do, so I'm looking for a keyboard shortcut to do copy the formula in C1 instead of having to drag the formula to the end of the spreadsheet every time.

Any ideas?
