Hi,

I'm hoping someone knows the keyboard command to switch from datasheet view to design view in Access 2000 or XP. I think there was a command for this in the '95 version but I can't remember it.

Thanks in advance for any replies.

Excel Facts

Add Bullets to Range
Select range. Press Ctrl+1. On Number tab, choose Custom. Type Alt+7 then space then @ sign (using 7 on numeric keypad)
Welcome to the Board!

I don't know if there's something shorter, but ALT+TAB-->ALT+D works.

Hope that helps,

Smitty

Hi Smitty,

Thanks for the welcome. I couldn't get the Alt+D to work - I tried it before and after Alt+Tab. I've tried the Alt+Tab command and that switches b/t the database window and the table (in whatever view I had the table open).

I want to switch b/t the datasheet view and design view when I have a table open.

Thanks for replying.

Hi,

To switch to design view hit Alt-V-D
and
To switch to Form view hit Alt-V-F

Hope this helps.
