Can I use excel 2016 to calculate Kellys equation K% = W – [(1 – W) / R]

W = 0.34 and R = 0.86

If so how do I do this? Please forgive me but I am a wiz at math or excel

I am going with that. SInce I have a negative number I am going to have to figure out how to interpret this into my results as it pertains to my trading.

If you need it to be positive

=ABS(B1-(1-B1)/B2)
