Keeping Pictures with Data when I filter

Hey everyone,

I am creating a database in Excel with about 1,000 commercial properties.

With each property I have several different columns of information (sq ftage, lease space, property type, address, etc), I also have pictures of each property.

I have each column so I can sort with what I want, ie I just want to see Los Angeles properties and not nationwide. However, when I sort the pictures of these properties the pictures bunch up with eachother and I get the wrong picture with the data it is showing.

When I unfilter everything, the pictures go back to the right property.

Any ideas on how I can get the pictures to stay with the corresponding property?

Also, if you have any ideas on how I can better implement this database (since I will have to constantly be updating the information) please share it!

Thank you so much!

How to find 2nd largest value in a column?
MAX finds the largest value. =LARGE(A:A,2) will find the second largest. =SMALL(A:A,3) will find the third smallest
I'm having the same issue. I am a teacher and want to create a sortable sheet with pictures of my students. I have 160 of them, so it helps when we get our other teachers and plan. However, I want to sort by either name, class, grade, etc.

I tried putting it together last night, but it won't keep the picture of the student with their name.

Please help.

(FYI, I've done a few google searches and some people have the same problem, but many of the solutions do not work!)
