Excel Facts

Create a Pivot Table on a Map
If your data has zip codes, postal codes, or city names, select the data and use Insert, 3D Map. (Found to right of chart icons).
Row 5 is a duplicate of row 4. When you merge tables, it will create a set of data for each row. If the starting rows are duplicated, the results will be duplicated. How about removing the duplicates before you join the tables.

Hi Matt,

Thanks for your reply. If you see the noined data you can there are no duplicates. I have removed duplicates already. But when the join table have more rows than the base table it add rows for the joining table. So the same rows coppied down with existing data.

What im looking for is stop copying and keep the rows blank. Is there any way ?
