I can't figure out any way to solve this problem.. Every time I output to excel, I get 2 decimal places on currency fields, and it messes up the short date format as well. This is in Access 97 and Excel 97. Is there any trick to get around it?

Excel Facts

Pivot Table Drill Down
Double-click any number in a pivot table to create a new report showing all detail rows that make up that number
I usually just click on the Output to Excel button, but I seem to remember having the same problem when I use the OutputTo action in a macro. Maybe I'm wrong about that though?
