When I use "Distribute" as the setting for text align I have problems with lines that only contain a few words - access evenly spaces each letter accross the entire width of the textbox.

Is there any way to force short lines to be "left" align?

Excel Facts

VLOOKUP to Left?
Use =VLOOKUP(A2,CHOOSE({1,2},$Z$1:$Z$99,$Y$1:$Y$99),2,False) to lookup Y values to left of Z values.
I suppose you could use code to check the length of the text and change the property appropriately.

It would need to be triggered by some event.

Which one would depend on where this textbox is located, a form, report etc.

The textbox is on a report. Apart from the form opening in preview there is no other action apart from the print command.

Any suggestions as to the code?

Nice try, but the textbox is drawing on several fields for its content. Access isn't quite as flexible as word for formatting.

This one is for the geniuses who can write "R  eal Code"
