Anybody know of an online reference tool for a dummy like me that has the VBA code defintions and how to use them?

I know the excel help files are out there, but I really am pretty new at this and a lot of the refferences in there dont mean anything to until understand some of the basics

I was hoping to find an "VBA for Dummies" time reference....thanks
