Oh my GOD! Reading a random thread on here, and I just discovered how to use formulas in named ranges!! This is amazing. I also learned about 3-D references.

I feel like a complete newbie now :| I can't believe what a headache I've been putting myself through before now.

I lub this forum :-P

Excel Facts

Format cells as currency
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+4 to format cells as currency. (Shift 4 is the $ sign).
That would have been more amazing if you have posted a link to that thread, so that some others will also benefit from it.

I didn't read a tutorial type thread, the question actually wasn't answered. I just saw someone said formulas in named ranges and then used the help menu in excel and it had a related answer about 3-D references.

I read all I could and then started playing around.

I could try to answer some basic questions if you have any.
