just moved from old laptop to new laptop :
old laptop:
memory : 8 gb , win 10 , office 2019 pro, 1000 hard disk 5400 , 4702HQ intel .
new laptop:
16 gb, win 10 pro, office 2019 pro, 524 SSD , 9750H intel.
all I got out of this is merely 15% faster excel on the opening, I got large excel files which it take time to open, around the 90 seconds to open the file, so it is kinda disappointing and I really struggle to understand why it is, honestly I thought it will be at least 40% improve , based on the face I just moved from 4th gen to 9th gen and it is 9750H it's quite strong.
anything I'm missing ?
regards to the stability I have a pretty strong guess that on the new machine I'll have less crashes if any, and I could get to manage working on more excel files simultaneously this is great by itself.
but what about fast loading time on the files itself?
thanks for any help .
