jump up for cell when try select another cell based on word in adjacent cell

Hi
I want when try selecting cell for last row in column C , then should move to up for previous cell based on adjacent cell in column B contains word TOTAL
for instance: if I select C24, B24=TOTAL then should select cell C23
another example : if I select C25, B25=TOTAL, then should select C24 and so on .
