Trying to create a jump button as have a very long lis of values. want to be able to enter a value in cell D, then the cell selected jump down to where it is in the list. So if i put in 1.04, the cursor or selected cell jumps down to C8, if I put in D1 vlaue 1.10, it jumps down to C20 where it lists 1.10, if if put 2.20, if jumps down to cell C220. Want to create the VBS code and then attach it to an image.

Can you AutoAverage in Excel?
There is a drop-down next to the AutoSum symbol. Open the drop-down to choose AVERAGE, COUNT, MAX, or MIN
.... if if put 2.20, if jumps down to cell C220. Want to create the VBS code and then attach it to an image.

WIll that value always be contained in cell C220? What happens if the list gets updated and things get shifted around? The better option would be create a search box that users can type into (2.20 for example) and then jump to the cell containing the value. You can achieve this with a ActiveX control search box.

Here are some examples:

the location of the cell will shift but the text or value will remain constant. will try the search box now.

That is really handy to see what you have entered for that cell value, but need to jump down to row 220 to enter the data. I've used =MATCH(B6,C:C,0) to figure out the row number for the specific text (this formula will always remain in the same spot, but now ned to create a method to jump down to that row. Bear in mnd that the row the text in will change depending on data input. so thought if there is a way to create a vba code to jump to that row based on the formula input?
