Is it possible to make JSON POST request in Power Query?

url = https://api.trafikinfo.trafikverket.se/v2/data.json

the Post resuest should look like this:
<REQUEST>
<LOGIN authenticationkey="SomeAuthenticationKey" />
<QUERY objecttype="SomeObjectType" schemaversion="SomeObjectVersion" limit="10">
<FILTER>
<EQ name="SomeDataField" value="2" />
</FILTER>
</QUERY>
</REQUEST>
