jpg image not showing at print preview

i have following problem. i have jpg image attached it show normally at excel but nothing showing in print preview. images attached. officenormal show attached image and officepreview show print preview

is "Print object" selected in Properties for the image?

Can you try on a new workbook?
Do you copy & paste an image on the sheet?
If it will not work then, i think something is wrong with your excel

It's far more likely to be one of the settings, rather than a problem with Xl.

Yes you are right, I attached an image about properties.

Right click the image & select "Size & Properties" & make sure the "print object" box is checked
