Joined Date is Different

OK, this isn't a huge issue or anything but it's kind of odd. When I use IE my joined date is Feb 20 2002, but when I use FireFox it's Feb 21 2002.

I did a check and it happens to some other peoples joined dates but not others. Anybody have any idea what this is about?

It's not the browsers... it's when I'm logged in vs. logged out. When I'm logged in the date is 2/20/02, when logged out it's 2/21/02. Why is this? and why do I care?
