ITunes App Doesn't Work

Anyone else purchase the MrExcel app in Itunes? I cannot get it to play any of the videos becuase they all say the file format is not supported even though it says it is compatible with my Ipod Touch. Why would something be in the App Store if it's not compatible? Did I get ripped off?
 

Excel Facts

Select all contiguous cells
Pressing Ctrl+* (asterisk) will select the "current region" - all contiguous cells in all directions.
Let me check with Wizzard Media on this. They developed the app.
