Issues with Mac2011 Excel

I am running VBA code in Mac 2011 Excel. It opens files that are password protected on servers pulls info from each of those files into one MASTER. I can get it to run fine on my machine, however when my client runs the code, it prompts him for passwords to files (even though I address that in code), and it saves the files to folders that are clearly wrong based on what I have in the code!!

Any help would be appreciated!!
