issues face in writing a post when upgraded to IE 11

Hi all,

i just upgraded my IE from IE 8 to IE11 and now whenever i try to post something in this forum it gives me some issues like the keyboard strokes are not captured. Is this a reported issue or is this something that i am facing? i have to type very slowly pressing each key so that it does not skip it.
 
Try using compatibility mode on this site and see if that cures it.
 
I'll try that........could you direct me as to where I can activate this compatible mode RoryA
 
Of course. Click on the gear icon in the top right corner, choose Compatibility View settings, then add the mrexcel.com site to the list.
