issue with Table.Repeat

I am bringing data from Excel and I would like to repeat all rows 3 times. I believe I should use Table.Repeat for this but when I do I get error message "Expression.Error: A cyclic reference was encountered during evaluation."

I would appreciate suggestions on how to achieve what I need either via Table.Repeat or any other way
