I have Power BI online thru our city. I have a data set that I was working with using Power BI Desktop. When I am using the online app, I tried to refresh the data. I am getting this error:

Data source error: Scheduled refresh is disabled because at least one data source is missing credentials.
To start the refresh again, go to this dataset's settings page and enter credentials for all data sources.
Then reactivate scheduled refresh.
Cluster URI: XXXXX
Activity ID: XXXXX
Request ID: XXXXX
Time: 2023-07-18 20:32:57Z
(I have deleted the uri and other ID's)

On the dataset settings page the Data source credentials line is greyed out. How can I refresh the data?

Excel Facts

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
Not all datasets can be refreshed automatically in Power BI, where is the dataset you are trying to connect?

The data set is in my workspace. But the original dataset is actually stored on the server here at my office.
