Issue related to table call out

Dear all,

Hi everyone,happy holiday.

I am developing a smart excel form by using VBA. However , i am not able to develop the function as show below.

can see the form contain a control panel,and some call-out table.i would like to develop a function that when i input(one/two/three) in the control panel, it would call out corresponding numbers of table as shown below.

Input 1 , show one table

See if you guys have any suggestion.

i would like to know if the table above can be dynamic, which mean the position of those table are not fixed but the distance between those table are fixed.
