Issue opening workbook, need assistance.

Hey guys,
I have made a small workbook tracking vacation data.
But when I try to open it, I get the message that it is already open by me, and I can only open in read only. This is not a shared file, so something crazy is going on here.

Anyone know what I can do to open this file? I have tried restarting my computer, and still the same message.

Glad it is solved anyway.

I don't understand it either, but it is, what it is!
I killed the indexing service, and disabled it, and everything worked as soon as I did so.

Go figure ¿
