Does anyone have a template to track projects by quarter/weeks in quarter/90 day tracker? This is a new requirement from management and the example given to use is very time consuming. I would love to be able to add a task, add the task owner, add the start date, proposed end date, and actual end date. The information added into those columns would create either a chart or insert a symbol(s) to represent the status of that task. My end goal is to have a way for my new manager to know what initiatives, my team and I, are working on outside our day to day jobs.

If anyone has a template or link to a site with a free template I would really appreciate the help!
