Is this my system or known issue?

It seems that nearly every night between 11pm - midnight EST USA that I am unable to load anything on the mrexcel.com domain. I was originally attributing it to the company virus scanner that starts to run at 11pm daily and I cannot change it due to it being remotely managed by our IT department. Although I can cancel the run, which I usually do on a daily basis because it renders the system practically useless for the rest of the night.

Tonight, I caught it before it got started, so it canceled almost as soon as it started at 11PM EST. Only the time I couldn't access Mr Excel was more like 11:45 EST and the scanner wasn't running, so now I'm thinking it may not just be my system and the virus scanner.

Have you any insight to the time(s) I'm unable to access the site? It doesn't happen every night, but when it does happen, it seems like it takes 5-15 min before I can access again.

Any input appreciated,

RJ

I believe that there may be some maintenance jobs running late Tuesday night.
