it doesnt work
i changes a query name or changed a column name and then all following steps give me an error and in the M code i need to correct each change
is there a search and replace in advanced editor?
hi
all of these are good idea however
i have 9 queries in my workbook
each query has over 20 steps if not more
i changed for ex. 1 column name that means each query every step will need the M code changed
that is easier still then recreating the query and all the steps
I still think copying to Word and using Find and Replace will work.
Go to the Advanced Editor screen where you can see all the steps in their pure M code. Then copy and paste to Word from there. Maker the changes and copy and paste back into the Advanced Editor.
