is there any easy way from going to excel to ics- files (ical) calendar

So i want to hear if anybody know an easy way going from excel to ics file? Tried looking up to save as csv from excel and then convert it with online program to icv files. The problem is i once every week want to update about 30 peoples calendar but in more easy way then have to convert all 30 csv files to ics and the upload it.

Hope anybody can help me
