Is there an easy way of getting data from one style of formatted Excel sheet into another?

I need the data in a file a customer has exported from another system transferred into a standard import template we use. Both are Excel files. The reason for this is that we need to use our Import template (the import file), but a customer has sent us data in a completely different format, with lots of stuff we don't need (the export file), as he has exported this Excel report from a competitor's system.

Is there any easy way of getting this data transferred across to populate the correct cells?

Here's a PNG file showing which bits we need (the yellow cells) and where they need to go in the normal template (the orange cells):

As you can see the layout is completely different. I just realised I forgot to show the line numbers on the Export file. The headings Keyword ID | Keyword | Keyword Tags | Engine, etc are on Row 21, so "example keyword" is in B22.

Record a macro is not that difficult.
Mr. Mike Girving has excellent videos on how to
Macro Basics. Take attention to absolute vs relative positions when recording. Also keep in mind that there is no undo when you run a macro so use a sandbox file for test until it works properly
