Title basically says it all, I have a user created form I'm trying to lock a formula in to automatically update something to a yes or no, but sometimes users may need to change it manually to yes or no thus why I have a drop down there. Any ideas/suggestions or is this just not possible currently?

Fastest way to copy a worksheet?
Hold down the Ctrl key while dragging tab for Sheet1 to the right. Excel will make a copy of the worksheet.
It never will be possible in Excel
- a cell contains a formula OR a value
