Is there a way to hide a button on a worksheet if active content is off

I have a shared worksheet that has a button that launches a user form for data entry.
Most users only view the data on the sheet.
Some can enable active content open the sheet, click to launch the form to add row to the sheet.

I would like the button to be hidden if active content is off.

Is this possible
