Is there a way i can only allow certain words to enter a cell.

I am building a small macro that copies text from a website to a spreadsheet (easy enough). However i have run in to a problem where i am copying information that i do not need. Is there a way i can only allow certain words to enter a cell.

For example. If i copy "Fitments for PRC7263 Fitments Vehicle Engine DEFENDER 1983 -2006 All SERIES 3 All" is there a way it would only allow "DEFENDER 1983 -2006 ALL SERIES 3 ALL" ?

there will be around 20 if not more Land rovers that need to be copied, but nothing else.

Any ideas?

you could only use DEFENDER onwards if all are defenders

by copying all to a helper cell, adjacent helper cell searches for defender, say character 47. and in another cell =mid(AB1,47,250)
copy that to where you want and then delete first helper cell

then read in next data and repeat
