Is there a visual that will tie a table value to its bar or line graphed point?

In EXCEL 2007 is there a method to trace a cell value in a table to a chart value similar to Trace Precedence or Trace Depenents for table/formula values?

Simply put, is there a visual GUI that will tie a table value to its bar or line graphed point? These are simple graphs and charts not pivot table or chart. if there is a method to do this with pivots please let me know for referrence.
