Is there a formula that works like an xlookup but only after a qualifier is met?

Hello!

I have a report that I work with on a daily basis (see below). I use an xlookup formula to give me the time that an agent changed their status code (column G) to 15 Break to begin their break- in this instance, 9:45:12.

When they come back from break their status is changed back to "Available" (column E) but the "Status Code" is blank.

Currently I have to manually search for and input the time of their available state after their break - 10:01, in this case.

Is there a formula that can draw the time of the first available state (column E) that follows a status code change (column G)?

Hello, awoohaw!

The values are placed on another tab entirely. For the sake of this question, we can say anywhere in column J as that column is always blank.

Thank you!
