Is there a formula that will help you to analyze data(for sports results)?

what i want to know is if there is a formula that can let me know automatically how many times a team have defeat or tie the the other one and how many goals they have scored to each other (this is how i have organize part of the data) until this day i have only been able to get the data manually.

My objective it will be to turn that information in to a new sheet in the same document but filtered to something that look like this, on wich ican see how many times one team defeat another one and how many goals the scored against each other..
