Is possible develop a class builder for OOP projects using MS Access database?

Guys, I would like to know if is possible using MS Access database develop some tools like a Class Builder or class generator.
The developer would enter the Table Name and its fields, and based on that (table name and fields and data field type), it can generate the whole class (Properties and Methods, CRUD, etc.)

Do you think is possible something like that?

Unfortunately his site is down and I could not find so much things related. I will try to start from scratch this project and I hope this community members can assist me as always do.
