Is it possible to undo VBA command?

Application.Undo works for undoing non-VBA operation.

I wonder if there is a general way to undo VBA commands?

No, vba does not have any native way to undo the operations. You have to create one yourself or use a solution that someone else developed.

I suggests you look at Jan Karel Pieterse's solution:
