Hello all,

Finally I motivated myself to ask about that, it's so annoying.

I often work with many tables that have many columns (can be up to 200), due to how our systems our built.. So each time I want to use a column, I have to scroll horizontally to find it, is there a way to search in the headers?

That would change my life.

Thank you,
Olivier.

Excel Facts

Pivot Table Drill Down
Double-click any number in a pivot table to create a new report showing all detail rows that make up that number
It's "Ctrl+F" in the table view in PP: This will not search through the values itself, but only through the column headers.

I didn't mention I was using PP for Excel 2010, obviously I had tried this shortcut but it has no effect. I guess you were talking about PP 2013?
Thanks for your answer.

Then you need to use the field with the arrow on the left which shows the name of the column you're currently in - just start to type in the name of the column you're searching for:

hmm: No success with Image insert. Try this one: https://onedrive.live.com/?id=DE165...FF&group=0&parId=DE165DDF5D02DAFF!107&o=OneUp
