Excel Facts

Format cells as time
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+2 to format cells as time. (Shift 2 is the @ sign).
It is possible but depends on a number of things.

To get started right click in the Tables tab in Access and select Import. Then navigate to your spreadsheet and double click.

Access should now start up a wizard to guide you through the process.

It should work with no problems if the data in the spreadsheet is organised logically - eg there are column headings, the data in each column is of the same type etc

so when i Link the excel in access it will create a table for me.

Will this access table change when excel changes?

Is there a way to send attachment or give you a screenshot of my excel sheet?

If you link the Excel spreadsheet then it will be updated.

If you actually import it it won't.

Try this link Colo's HTML Maker
