Is it possible to have master cols with rows persisting throughout other sheets?

I am looking to get a master sheet with 3 cols (id, first name, last name).

These three should be repeated throughout the other sheets while allowing me to add extra cols afterwards.

If the master sheet gets a new row then rest of the pages should get the row in the same locations.

Maybe this isn't even possible.

So are you saying that Columns A,B, & C on every sheet will be the sames as the "Master" sheet Columns A,B, & C ??

Yes that is what I am looking but it will also keep the rows in sync too. So A, B, & C and then row 1 to 20 on all pages. I add a row in master then it shows on all other pages too.
Is that possible?
