Is it possible to have Data labels only appear when selecting a slicer?

I created a chart with data labels, when there is no filter the data labels are all over the place, making the chart completely useless.
I wondered if there is a way or VBA to have data labels show up only when slicers are selected.
 

Excel Facts

Spell Check in Excel
Press F7 to start spell check in Excel. Be careful, by default, Excel does not check Capitalized Werds (whoops)
