I am recreating some reports that i currently run in Excel in Power BI. Theres a couple of things that i have to a manual count of and add to the report which is easy enough in Excel but i can't see where i would do this in Power BI.

All i need to do is put a title and a figure in a card.

Excel Facts

Format cells as date
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+3 to format cells as date. (Shift 3 is the # sign which sort of looks like a small calendar).
You can use "What-if" parameters to enter data in Power BI. It can't necessarily do "data entry" but you can change the value
