If I have an item that I need to be able to expand to see the parts make it, is that possible in Excel? For example:

My Apartments
Base rent$700
Washer/Dryer rental$50
Utilities$30

Is there a way to collapse that into one or two rows, i.e.

My Apartments$780

Or something approximating that?

Excel Facts

Highlight Duplicates
Home, Conditional Formatting, Highlight Cells, Duplicate records, OK to add pink formatting to any duplicates in selected range.
Put a sum on the same row of "My Apartments" for the three cells below. Highlight the entire three rows of Base rent, Washer/Dryer rental, and Utilities, go to "Data" on the ribbon, and click "Group" (should towards the right side).
