Is anyone working on the problem of this website being slow?

Sometimes this website slows down to a halt. Does the webmaster know about it and is he working on fixing this? Sometimes the website become inoperable and it will last for about 4 hours.
 
Yes, we are aware of this and yes, it is being looked at.
