IRR with Loan Payoff

Hello,

So, i have the following cash flows in a financial model im creating for work.

The large negative number you see is where an $8 MM loan is paid off. The -$6.35 MM is the original investment, not including the additional $8 MM reflected in column F. Is this correct? I have never had to show an IRR with a loan payoff in the middle.
